Videos for Change is a powerful opportunity for young people to channel their passion and creativity into tangible social change. It was first developed by High Resolves in 2015 as a real-world application exercise, designed to help students build social advocacy and other valuable 21st century skills.
Videos for Change is a key part of the broader High Resolves citizenship and leadership program. High Resolves designs and delivers transformational learning experiences for young people to develop mastery of global competencies around topics such as independent thinking, social justice, inclusive leadership, and personal impact.
In 2018, Videos for Change was run as a national challenge for Australian high school students, but in 2019, it will also be available in the U.S. and Canada. Later this year, schools will also be able to run their own Videos for Change challenge. Contact us to find out more.

How can you help?
We often find the most powerful videos come from students who can easily relate to the issues they are addressing. Help your child’s team to choose a social issue that will allow them to create an authentic message of change.
Be brave! While the team must be made up of students, and the work must be their own, you can definitely volunteer your services as an actor!
Be on hand to help your child’s team with their submission using step-by-step entry process.
